Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. Communication was very good, workman very good at explaining what the process was.
Service from initial survey to completion of installation was efficient & professional. Tradesmen were courteous , helpful & cleaned up after completion.
The installation of the heating system went really well the installation team were very professional friendly and courteous. The new system looks good and should support us for many years to come.
Very well organised company and job done in one day .. amazing hard work to achieve this. A bit messy but small price to pay for a wonderful warm home for the first time in 46 years!

waste of time and taxpayers money first inspection by obviously untrained individual - indicated what likely could be done Letter confirmed none of his recommendations Second visit following the letter stated nothing of the items could be done A total waste of time and one assumes taxpayers money

Work was a bit tricky and they did well to complete it but I was disappointed they didn’t tell me about the wall damage that had happened.

From the very first appointment my mind was put at ease. The young man was excellent and fully explained the process. I now have a brand new boiler with new radiators. The workmen who installed the boiler were professional and very tidy. I cant thank them all enough!

Brilliant service, from initial survey, to installation of boiler and radiators. Kept informed of timescales and requirements for the installers arriving. Arranged for carpets to be lifted etc. Highly recommended.
Everyone that attended to do the job was so pleasant and informed me of what they were here to do every step of the way. They made sure I was happy with their explanations and the work carried out. I felt very well looked after.
The work was all done seamlessly. All the different agencies involved, e.g. plumbers, carpet fitters, engineers etc all coordinated so smoothly. They all worked hard and efficiently. Excellent!
