Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. Great service from start to finish. The installation team were excellent and left a very tidy job.
The installation took twice as long as estimated and the final finish was rough to put it mildly. However the operatives were helpful and kept us in the picture as the job progressed.

My expectations weren't met as i was told i would get 2 new extractor fans 1 in the kitchen and 1 in the bathroom. I wasn't informed about the job getting cancelled until I chased it up....otherwise the work went well

After waiting for a reply back from warmworks I had a telephone call from a lovely chap called Sydney who deals with the reviews within 2 days a lovely lady who was called Theresa who had just come back from her holidays phoned and apologised that no one else had called me asked if I would be in on Friday and she would get Simon to come out which he did straight away and fully explained the thermostat system he explained it all fully to me and any questions I asked it was no bother for him to explain it to me so thank you to Sydney, Theresa and especially Simon for all there help

Installation was great from start to finish. Staff were very helpful, installation was done in a day and all mess cleaned up and taken with them.
