Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives. We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Everwarm. Since then, we have supported more than 35,000 households in Scotland as the Managing Agent of the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland. We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 100 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, London, Newcastle, Kirkwall and Stornoway. From assessment to completion of works, everyone was friendly and excellent service provided.

From applying to replacement of boiler etc all went very smoothly. BRB employees have been very efficient. Electrician due today to replace faulty thermostat. The house is very warm and I appreciate all the help I have been given.
THE HEATING SYSTEM WAS FITTED IN 1 DAY WITH MINIMUM INCONVENIENCE AND ALL TIDIED UP.

A generally very good experience. Fast process from initial survey to installation. One issue still remaining that the final inspection surveyor is aware of, hence 4 stars. Will upgrade to 5 when this is resolved.
Work schedule was well arranged and materials all arrived on time. Workmen started working at 8Am sharp. Installation was completed to a very high standard. home was lef in a tidy confition and follow up work completed as arranged.
The whole process was efficient and friendly. Staff were courteous and helpful and the quality of work excellent.Would and have recommend to anyone looking to have works done.

Warm work provided an excellent service. Everyone involved in the process was very professional. They were helpful and friendly from the application to inspection when the job was done. The engineers were quick, efficient, and tidy workers. It was a bit of an upheaval but worth it for the outcome of a new heating system and advice on keeping the house warmer.
Right from the start right through the whole process warmworks has been amazing!
Firstly the insight team are led by LIARS they lie to you from the word go so don’t believe a word they tell you the person who lied was Kirsty at insight and feedback she told me she would phone on the Monday LIAR never phoned I phoned on the Thursday told she would phone that day LIAR never phoned told on the Friday that she would get something to me by the end of Friday LIAR never sent anything told on Wednesday from Emily she would get her to get in touch with me on Thursday LIAR never got anything Kirsty is a liar and should not be trusted
