Hi I had a large order i there was items missing on one order Gill phoned to tell me and offered a refund I decided to but other items the items arrived and I hot very confused as to how many I should have received no problem they were so patient and explained to me what I had ordered and how many items I should have they did this calmly and I felt comfortable and did not feel rushed I will definatly be buying from this company again I would just like to say thank you

Great products and service. Two of the items were damaged but a quick email to Customer Services and replacements were sent out. This type of things does happen, especially with glass, but its how things are sorted that counts and I couldn't have ask for better.
Hi! I was so pleased with the bottles I received they all came on time and none were damaged. The quality were 10/10. I even sent these as gifts abroad and they still did not break. Will definitely be ordering again!

Having used Wares of Knutsford over the past year now their service has been nothing short of superb!
