Up to my eyes in boiling marmalade; had placed order for more jars with Wares of K. but realised I needed them the next day. Phoned up and explained plight to charming woman who undertook to see what she could do. Lo and behold, the jars arrived this morning and are now full of lime and lemon, and orange and bergamot marmalade. No mention of extra carriage charges, which must have been considerable, and I had already been offered a discount for transferring from my former supplier who has retired, so this was a generous and admirable gesture on Wares' part. Hats off to you all and many, many thanks. You now have another devoted and grateful customer!

I asked for, and received, a really fast delivery of jars for Seville marmalade. Very impressed with the classic Orcio jars and how they were lovingly packaged. I'm passing on the packaging to an air ambulance shop, recycling in a very beneficial way!

I order a mason cash mixing bowl from Wares of Knutsford. As it’s the Christmas period I contacted them regarding delivery even though it was not late. I spoke with a very pleasant person who called me back within 10 minutes to confirm the date. The bowl arrived so well packaged there was no chance of damage & the bowl , a birthday gift, is lovely. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. It’s sadly so unusual these days to get a great personal service with online orders but Wares are still providing that. Well done
