Order was for a number of small jam jars I'll be using for making Christmas gifts. Placing the order was easy, delivery pretty quick, but unfortunately a few of the jars got smashed in transit. Customer service responded to my email the same day, and I received replacements 2 days later. Very impressed with the level of service and huge selection of items on their website.

I have ordered preserve jars from Wares 3 times and been very satisfied with my purchase. Delivery was prompt and everything was carefully packaged - so no breakages.

Fantastic company, never had an issue, i own a candle company so i have had plenty of orders and the glassware is high quality but a great price. One massive pro is their packaging! Ive never seen anything like it they package every last thing to a T there is not chance of a breakage during transport!

Great jars, perfect for our purposes. Nice shape and sturdy. It did take a while to dispatch them and we didn't receive any communication about that, but once they were on their way they got to us no problem.

Well the jars are perfect but lids are I’ll fitting can’t tighten up as they slip

Jars ordered were a great price, free delivery and lovely quality. No breakages. I did have an issue with the website (user account area not sales) it was of my own making ( typo in email address) but no way could I amend it in the edit details area, I was asked for my password, repeat password ( as though I was changing it ) and current password, but no change accepted also I would suggest the form flow on that image is a bit skewed. I did get assistance from Bekki after filling in the online chat and she was very quick responding and getting my invoice data to me, I can’t, however, now log into my account at all. Web issues happen everywhere and I don’t think the quality of product and service should marked down because of it as everything else was exceptional- highly recommended.
