I've been doing track days with BAT for years and they are always well run. When there are issues (they do happen) Jonny is straight on to them and resolves them in a very effective and fair way. They try and make the whole experience as complete as possible and provide a great website, trackside photographers, instructors and track-side support for tyres and cars (especially if you have a Caterham as they run them as their track hire cars).

The BAT team are friendly, most helpful and generously fair. Their events are well organised and track discipline is applied firmly but reasonably. By having a very 'hands-on' approach at each event Jonny is always au fait with driver behavior and miss-behaviour! Although I'm not a regular attender at BookaTrack days it's always a pleasure to join them.

Well organised, approachable and pragmatic. BAT try to be flexible and give everybody the best day possible. Bookings and cancellations are all handled very professionally...the days are well run.

Easy to get info and book and a human being at the end of the phone if needed.

Make the process of doing an expensive hobby as fun as it should be, laid back yet thoroughly professional. Competitive pricing & good on-track discipline has made BookaTrack my preferred track day company for the past few years. Have driven my own car, hired one of theirs and even organised corporate days for my clients and they have been brilliant in every respect.

They are friendly helpful and they drive the track themselves, so idiots are not tollerated. Slightly more expensive but your guaranteed a good day any problems are quickly sorted and they are always willing to help. Any questions you have if you e mail them you get a quick honest response. The only company i will use!

Professionally run with a flexible approach that ensures all levels of ability can get the most out themselves and their car in a safe and worry-free environment where interruptions are dealt with quickly to minimise loss of track time. Approachable and good humoured attitude that will always try and accomodate specific customer needs. (May wish to consider matching the likes of Silverstone by not stopping at lunchtime)

A well run day. No over intrusive marshals to spoil the fun but a safe day. Worth paying a bit over the usual for the quality

They say actions speak louder than worrds and the fact that I live in Australia yet have flown to UK, Holland, Belgium etc to attend Bookatrack days in hired Caterhams speaks volumes about the quality of the service Bookatrack provide. Every year since 2009 I have planned holidays around the Bookatrack calender to include a day where I get to enjoy a great European-English circuit with great people and great cars.

Well organised, zero hassle, practical.

Bookatrack is pretty much the benchmark for Uk and European trackdays. Great venues and always well organised, only gripe would be please get us at least one annual two dayer at the Nordschliefe !!!. That, I know is some task....but just keep up the great work. In particular, the Bookatrack tomato soup/french bread + pate lunch has become legendary !!!..... Top Team.

Used BAT for a number of years and never had an issue. All events well organised and run, unlike others I have been to that have been oversubscibed.

I started doing track days in 2004 having bought my first lotus, during the first year I tried most of the track day companies as they all seemed to offer the same service. My choices at the time were based on cost and choice of track. It soon became apparent to me that not all track day companies are the same, many of the days I did, involved long waits to get on track due to too many cars at the day and scant regard by the track day organiser to enforce any kind of driving standards. In June 2005 I booked my first track day with Bookatrack at Donington Park the cost was a bit more than I was used to paying but I wanted to drive at Donington. I noticed the difference straight away, the briefing was thorough and entertaining but we were left in no doubt that the overtaking rules would be enforced and any driver not doing so would be removed from the track. For the first time I experienced a track day with no queues and good driving standards, I could go out on track when I wanted to. The Instructors I had booked were very chatty and helpful as were all the Bookatrack staff. At the end of the day Jonny even found time to come and check that I had enjoyed the day as he was aware that this was my first time with Bookatrack. In 2006 I did my first corporate day which involved hiring the Bookatrack Caterhams for my key customers. The feedback from my customers was and still is so positive that the Bookatrack days now form the cornerstone of the companies corporate hospitality, we will run 6 days in 2012 with Bookatrack for my customers. During the last 7 years I have been able to drive and experience some of the great race tracks in Europe and the UK with the team from Bookatrack. The team at Bookatrack are constantly asking for feedback on how they can improve the service they offer and what do we the customers want. I have experienced first-hand that they take this feedback and act on it which is why I now only use Bookatrack for my personal and corporate track days. In summary if you want high quality track days run by a team that care passionately about their customers then you will not do better than Bookatrack.

Pretty much the only company I've used as I have never had a problem. Thorough briefings which are followed through so behavior on track is always acceptable. Numbers limited and almost always open pitlane so quality track time every time I've been. Free second driver can be a useful saving. Jonny, Sarah and the team always helpful and a passenger ride with Jonny is an education in sideways.

I have been a BaT customer since 2004 and have attended many track days with BaT. They are always very well organised, professional and friendly. Over the years it has been exciting to see the organisation expand and offer new opportunities such as the hire of cars at events, provision of tyres, photos and now running an R300 race team which I am seriously considering. When I had one cause to complain (about an instructor session) I was given an immediate credit against a future instruction session which was excellent customer service. I cannot praise BaT highly enough.

From all my experiences with Book a Track. I have been treated as a valued customer. Not only individually, but when we book as a group, the service and courtesy we receive is second to none. The staff are friendly and informative, and the briefings are a show on there own, with friendly banter but always with a serious note. I would recommend Book a track above any other TDO in the UK .

I have been going on track days for over 10 years now and have used a variety of different companies. The reason I keep coming back to BaT is that the all round experience is better than their competitors. The booking process is easy, the team are friendly, the choice of circuits is very good, all their instructors are excellent and they have created a friendly, informal, almost family like atmosphere at their events I am particularly impressed with the way that they ensire track day rules are properly enforced. You don't get Radicals appearing on your inside as you are about to cut across the track for an apex. If you do - it will be the last time you see that Radical on track!!!! This makes it safer than some other companies, who are a little more lax on enforcing this critical rule. Keep up the good work Jonny, Sarah and all the team

Jonny and Sarah always seem to go the extra mile for their clients. The rest of the team follow their example. We have been attending their days for over 7 years and plan our trips to UK and Europe around their calendar for all our track days, sometimes in our own car and others in BAT cats. We would recommend Bookatrack for newbies and seasoned track goers alike.

No one knows how to organise trackdays better than Jonny and Sara, because Jonny is a racer and enthusiast he understands perfectly what is important on an event and will not compromise on delivering that even if it means he can't make much profit. This sometimes means they are not the cheapest but if want the best quality day with no idiots or hassles it's a small premium to pay. They get my vote every time!!
