VW Bakery Theme was downloaded & installed with bugs and issues (with multiple resets & installation attempts). You are expected to give admin control to support team so they can fix the problem... With no communication, follow up, or time line. For a customer who wants a new website quickly, and an easy theme that works just like the demo, this is a terrible company to work with. No refunds, only headache.

I also experienced the same as Jeff Carvalho in January, 2023. I buyed the Bundle pack (because I need one theme for multiple sites) and after installing it was a disaster. Page Speed Insights and GT Metrix tests were horrible, customization is way too difficult and stuffed with unuseful options. That's why they don't have refund policy. It's a waste of money to buy this themes. It looks good in demo but simply heavyweight and anoying.

Firstly, I am amazed at the bundle offer from VW Themes, not only are you spoilt for choice but the designs are a very high standard and much lower cost than anywhere else on the market. Not being tech savvy myself though, I experienced some difficulty but received amazing support from Shahrukh, which was over a few days until I felt comfortable and able to carry on alone. Excellent customer service and excellent products. Thank you

The theme has some really great layouts that are easy to update, and visually nice sections. Looking forward to working with support that will help me with updating a few things.

False advertising. The sites are extremely long. Support disrespects you. Tampis for you there is no refund policy even if the pagespeed score is the lowest that can exist on the internet. I have never worked with such a poor quality theme. it is EXTREMELY difficult to handle. Run away you will waste money like me.
