Nice theme's and offcourse it's not easy to get it working completly right out of the box. However the support team is available, and if you create login for them with WP and make sure all r/w permissions are in order. You can trust them to correct the problems. Might take a little time but it's worth it for the price you pay you get a good service. And they remain polite. I'm ordering more in the future
Avoid avoid avoid - the themes i purchased were full of multiple bugs and style errors that were not present in the trial version. No offer of a refund and only resolution was that they wanted to be provided with an admin login for the website which is an information governance nightmare. Avoid these themes.
do not waste your time and money on vwthemes recently purchase a theme and it not useable just froze when upload even i try unzip and rezip .still the same i try upload to ftp .its a waste hope wordpress can take off their links so they can stop rob persons that wanted to used wordpress thanks
I am quite disappointed with the technical support provided. After purchasing a theme, I encountered installation issues and have been unable to receive any assistance. Despite sending emails and attempting to contact them by phone, they have requested additional payment for installation assistance. This lack of support is frustrating and leaves me feeling dissatisfied with the service provided.

Update. Do not use mozilla with these themes when you want to edit them. Support answered. Editing started working. I change review from zero startls to 4.
Horrible experience, this company just sells themes and then there is absolutely no support or information about how to install and when I go into Wordpress it keeps on trying to have me upgrade when I have already made a purchase. What a waste of my money and they do not issue refunds. That should have been a sign.
Mucho ojo con esta empresa. Te dicen que tienen un tema que buscas y te lían para comprar el paquete entero (99 dólares) y después no es verdad que tengan el tema. Pero lo más increíble es que no te reembolsan lo que has pagado y PayPal se pone de su parte y te quedas engañado y sin el tema que buscabas. Además los temas que ofrecen son de dudosa calidad.
Themes are riddled with viruses and ADs. Even after purchasing a large theme pack, the persistent multiple Ads are awful within the WordPress dashboard asking me to buy something I already purchased.. Their own website refund page allows for refund for package purchases, but they refused to refund my money after I found the viruses and the numerous spam ads. They also asked for administrative privilege's to my website. Don't trust at all.

I am amazed at the bundle offer from VW Themes. The designs are of a very high standard and much lower cost than anywhere else on the market. Not being a technical person, I experienced some difficulty but received amazing support from Shahrukh and the WhatsApp support team, which lasted over a few days until I felt comfortable and able to carry on alone. worst theme ever. riddled with bugs kept on crashing my wordpress and domain had to delete the whole site. if you make a new page you have to buy theme or start from scratch. i did reach out to customer service they were rude no help at all now having to caim money off my bank card
Useless scammers AVOID. Simple functionality was not working and their first and only attempt is asking for remote access. Poorly written theme with rude support staff.

I still can't figure out if vwthemes is a scam or just a completely inept company. The least of their problems is deceptive advertising of "free" themes (the demos include paid content). The biggest issue is that I paid what I thought was a 'one-time-fee' to own a theme. it turns out it was a one-year fee. There appears to be an expiration, but there is no "renewal" information. there isn't anywhere where I can cancel my account or remove my payment info. I will be declining any future charges from them since the theme didn't even work and their support was not willing to help. I'm not even using the theme I bought - I'm out that money. but I worry that they are going to take more.
