Only good thing were that support atleast trying to make theme work. If you get free version work then you never get pro version work. Themes are outdated and even they install themself and didnt get it work. Dont get pro version themes from vw theme. And the spam notifications you get them is realy annoying(cant get rid of it. only if you change php codes from the files).

They contact me by email and WhatsApp all the time to be sure that everything good as i wanted and to find a best solution for my needs . Their wordpress theme is full of bugs, hard to edit and impossible to save any changes, no customer support at all - stay away from them

I have been using the a paid theme by VWThemes. and I have been receiving excellent support from the technical team in resolving any issues that I encountered. The teams response was quick and prompt. I trust and recommend - VWThemes

As a novice, the theme was very easy to install and use. After designing it gave the professional (expensive) look and feel I was going for. The support team has always been available to help when needed.

Forget the Pro Version! And forget them too! I started to build a website using the free version to see what it looked like. The free version is very basic and has nothing compared to the preview you can see before installing it. I decided to purchase the Pro version to unlock all the functionalities. After purchasing, downloading and installing the Pro version, nothing worked and I didn't stop to get an error message. I also noticed that all that I did with the free version was for nothing because everything needs to be redesigned again with the Pro version. I contacted the technical support but like I didn't get any answer, I decided to file a complaint with PayPal. Then they answered but it was too late. I bought a new theme from another supplier which worked immediately. With this new theme from another supplier, I needed some small modifications and help, and they replied immediately, adding the modifications I asked for. Save your money and don't waist your time with VWThemes!
