As a business we have used Vonage now for many years after transferring from an outdated ISDN system. We already have 2 accounts for different divisions of the existing business, so choosing Vonage as the provider for a new venture was a no brainer for us. Super reliable, very cost effective and on the rare occasion we have needed assistance with any issues, the support has been prompt and professional. Our latest account was set up with the assistance of Orji, who was quickly able to identify which features we would require and also put together some suitable geographical numbers which we also requested. Orji made the whole process really easy and his friendly, professional approach both during the setup and in subsequent calls, was much appreciated. A great company and one that we will continue to support.

Excellent helpful service from Mike/Orji on the Vonage Business help desk. After chatting to Orji it turns out that Vonage Business was not appropriate for my requirements, but he talked me through all the options and guided me to an appropriate package. Orji couldn't have been more helpful. So, not a sale for Vonage Business this time but a sale for Vonage Residential - now waiting for the residential people to ring me to sort the deal out. Extension stopped working Zyan was very helpful and sorted out the issue. The extension had somehow become un-assigned to a number; - although how that happened remains a mystery. All working again so that's the main thing.

Zyan from Vonage team was fabulous with helping me sort out my issues. Where I cannot say the same for the rest of the team, who either dont reply to my emails or calls, and has taken them almost 2 months to sort out my issue, which I hope the very helpful Zyan has now sorted for me. Issue unfortunately still not resolved. I have spent the last 8 hours I on chat with Vonage team and it just keeps getting worse and worse Nothing resolved and the team have managed to delete one of my numbers
