Have been using Vonage for a few years at a site where non-VOIP comms aren't great. Had an issue with the phone not accepting incoming calls, and Kudzai was great - helpful, got my problem solved quickly and easily even when the 'normal' fix wasn't working.

I am not that familiar with Vonage features, when we were to purchase a new extension for our business, it was really a challenging one to navigate everything on our own.
