Good fast reliable service first class product

I bought an item online. Stating that there was one in stock. Ordered and paid for it. Told it was dispatched. Then the day it was due to arrive I recieved an email saying that they looked in the warehouse and couldn't find it. Just a waste of my time when I could of ordered the same item elsewhere. Then took over a week to get my money refunded.

I liked the product fast delivery but it arrived with the box all damaged underneath and when opening the box the fridgie was scratched on one side a considerable risk

Website was good as was office service The delivery advise stated in terms and conditions is incorrect The courier they use does not unpack or take the old fridge away However the added £20 charge was almost immediatly refunded on receipt of an email to 'support ' which doesn't help me trying to get rid of it or the packing I ordered late on Friday evening and fridge was received Monday am which was excellent but I would like to have had more than just a 2 hours notice by email on morning of delivery As expected on the website To empty the fridge and arrange for a neighbour to have most of its contents

On Friday 13th August I ordered a Bosch gas hob from Amazon website, but supplied by CVB, and took delivery today, Monday 15th August. Having read some bad reviews regarding damaged goods we opened the packaging straight away and checked the glass hob thoroughly and found it is absolutely perfect I am pleased to say. It was £130 cheaper than anywhere else I had found and, although our new kitchen isn't getting fitted until October we decided it made sense to buy now at that price. I will certainly check out CVB when I'm looking for other appliances, I'm delighted with my first experience of buying from them.

Absolutely brilliant! My parents ordered a freezer but unfortunately it turned up damaged as the courier company had managed to smash just about every side of it. However as soon as I called the supplier they sorted it straight away. The damaged one was collected the next day and a new one was delivered the day after. Highly recommended.
