I bought a fridge from viewclickbuy which arrived badly damaged, they arranged for the fridge to be picked up and another one dropped off, the 2nd fridge was more damaged than the first, the delivery company they use are shocking, was told after the 2nd fridge arrived damaged that it would be collected and that I would receive a full refund immediately however 4 days later and still no confirmation that refund has been issued.
