Had a slight problem with my 2016 fitted tap but lost my original registered g'tee paperwork. Vado service dept came up trumps and quickly sorted this out and solved the tap problem. One very satisfied customer.

Vado digital shower unreliable. To switch on sometimes 3 clicks sometimes three has a mind of its own.Water temperature varies, does not start on last temperature setting as stated,then goes off when under shower for no reason. Not impressed. Vado engineer changed electric box in cupboard,but still not working properly. Would love it to be removed bu would mean all new retailing, and en suite just installed,fed up of it all . Do not purchase this Vado product as very unpredictable, waste of money.

Unfortunately we had a few issues with my parents shower set and the shop we bought it from weren't very helpful in sorting it out. I rang the after care service as I had enough and spoke to Steve and he was amazing. He was so reassuring and understood the situation we were in, taking into consideration that we are in a pandemic so things were beyond my control. He went out of his way and very quickly found a solution to help my elderly parents. Very swift and efficient.

After a couple of issues with Vado products with a 12 year manufacturer guarantee I’m glad to say Vado honoured the said guarantee and resolved the issue.

Great product and great service have two full bathrooms shower and tap. Love the quality and great 15 years guarantee and staff were helpful getting all my products on the guarantee database 10/10 customer service

Customer service is great but products not so great. We are currently on our 4th control panel and 1 processor change. For the Smarttouch. Our bathroom was completed in February 2020 and it has been hell with this shower. Customer service has been good until you have to send photos and videos. I’m about to log another call for our 5th Engineer callout (one of the calls was for a tap) 😡😡😡😳😳😳😢😢😢😢 you would think spending money would give you a brilliant product and peace of mind. If we have to replace this system we will have to payout money to have this installed and will have to retile and the bathroom has just been completed 😢😢😢😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Problems 1 Sensitivity on the panel would not work, so had to press a number of times for the unit to respond with regards to the On/off 2 showers cuts out and will not turn back on and a padlock would appear. The padlock is not meant to come on unless you press the buttons for cleaning function to lock the unit. 3 The temperature will have a mind of its own and start to drop and your unable to move it back up. It goes down to a snowflake and then your unable to turn it off and we have to use the remote

Vado like to promote themselves as making quality products which may be true, but when the shower handle slider broke on my unit, first they needed the receipt and when I produced it only then did they say I had to register the products for the 10 year warranty within 6 months (dispite my wholesaler Huws Gray saying just register they will honor the warranty) apparently my plumber should have told me! I felt annoyed at this but not as annoyed as when paying for the slider, it was £45.97 inc p&p, the rail size was unusual so off the shelf sliders at under £10 were not an option. Judge for yourself if the 10 year warranty is something they dodge in order to supply expensive replacement parts.

I bought Vado Taps for my new bathroom and cloakroom, and one of the taps is visibly de-laminating after less than a year even when using mild cleaners. The tap is only as good as the manufacturing process employed which clearly is substandard for the deposition of the chrome layer. I am awaiting Vado's response to honoring its guarantee which for this tap is upto 15 years!

Bath tap’s shower head is dripping heavily after each use. Really annoying as it creates a mess after each use. Other combined shower / bath taps haven’t got this problem. Would not buy it again.

Design fault with Taps. I had installed a couple of expensive Vado Summit Basin taps when we renovated our bathrooms. Soon after completion I started noticing water leaking under the sink and we thought it was coming from pipework. Since it was not consistent it was not easy to diagnose but matching furniture started to get damaged. After spending a lot of time, I discovered problem was with the Tap's design. If tap was not open fully, water was going through the hole tap was fitted to the basin tap's water outlet sits on the sink itself instead of somewhere in the sink. So if tap is not open fully it would leak. To my surprise, I send an email as well as reached to Vado through their web site. As expected NO RESPONSE. No one accepts their faults, especially an engineer. So much for designer and expensive products. Would not recommend as money wasted and I have to replace all fittings now in basin and bath now.

The Customer experience from Vado was 1st class from start to finish. They understood what we were looking for and were able to recommend the best product for what we were looking for. It was a pleasure dealing with them, highly recommended.

Products are ok This is for there digital valves Keep clear of these, we now know all we have installed have failed. Lots of speal on how they should be fitted by so called engineers, even when they are visiting for third time with spares. They are basically very fragile units, don’t like to much or to little pressure, also not to hot water. Avoid they will break

Purchased a Vado 3-way mixer tap a number of years ago. The diverter cartridge had failed after about 7 years of use. I sent Vado a photograph of the part. They very quickly identified the part from the photo, providing the part number. I have been able to order from a variety of suppliers. Thanks for your help.

Very good quality mixer taps and taps. Excellent customer service. They quickly replaced a ceramic insert that was damaged when it became unscrewed and dropped into the bath. Not their fault but they were good enough to replace it for me.

I bought a vado thermostatic column from ebay brand new four years ago, the hand shower head is leaking at the edges, I spoke to someone in customer support, they didn't want to know cos I didn't register it, the new shower head is advertised at 80 quid, will not buy stuff from them again.

I had a problem with the chrome bubbling on a bathroom tap so I contacted Vado customer services with a photograph and they put a new one in the post that day. No questions or receipt they took my word the tap was fitted to a new build 4 years ago. The other Vado taps are perfect.

Problem with my basin tap. They honoured guarantee even though I failed to register it. Lady called Kirsty was most efficient
