Still haven’t received a refund after multiple emails with no response. Defo don’t buy here, considering posting more online to warn others off, ridiculous!

So I ordered two jumpers and a pair of jeans and yes the jumpers came in good condition but the jeans weren't in the package and I have been messaging the brand giving them my order number etc to show that I wasn't scamming them and I have had no replies which is unacceptable so I would say that they are an un-trusty brand. as well as this someone I know ordered from them 2 weeks ago and the clothes haven't arrived, they also said they had issued a refund AND IT HASN'T BEEN PUT IN MY ACCOUNT - THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE

I recently ordered an acrylic telephone stand from UrbanGirl Office Supply. The item arrived broken into two pieces and, therefore, useless. Per UrbanGirl's request, I e-mailed a photo of the damaged item. I have requested a refund three times within the past two weeks. UrbanGirl has not responded.

I wanted to customize a magnet board similar to ones I had seen in stores, and called Urban Girl for help. Hannah who assisted me was fantastic--went the extra mile to make sure the product and its customization were right on. Mistakes could have occurred because of so many decisions to be made about wording, font, layout, frame color and style, etc., but Hannah talked me through each choice and I was so happy with the product I received. Exactly what I'd hoped for!

The products are really nice and I was happy with my purchase except for the fact that my Bigso box lid came broken. BUT...I spoke with Urban Girl's Customer Service Representative who was very helpful and willing to resolve the issue.

I love Urban Girl, the products I've received are first rate and top notch, am planning to order more office supplies again. I hope and pray the shipping box is not torn to pieces, weathered, and basically been through a tornado or hurricane, before it gets here. Opening up a dilapidated box is no fun whatsoever, I mean, I purchased about $900.00 worth of stuff 3 or 4 months ago. All in all, the office supplies are exceptional.

The products are great! Very chic very elegant I truly like them! The service is personalized and the hand written card is an amazing touch I do think that shipping should be free. The products you sell are already very expensive to top that with a charge for shipping. My purchase was over 100 and still charged for shipping! I think that is mind blowing. I'm sure you have many girls that like nice offices and accessories but honestly it's very expensive, not every person can afford this

I was looking for a specific product and I happened to come across this website that was selling it at a good price. When I saw how cute everything on the site is - AND that it is run by a female entrepreneur - I decided I will check UrbanGirl first from now on! My purchase came quickly and was exactly as described.

I had actually seen this pencil case at Macy's about a month ago, but it was the only one in the store and there was no price tag and the computers were down and basically it was just a complete mess. So I left without the case... Turns out it was a good thing I did. When I found the case on Urban Girl, I found out that things were actually missing from the case at Macy's so I would've wound up paying for things that wasn't evening getting. I'm trilled I was able to find the case on Urban Girl which was fast and easy... And complete!

Warning, do not buy gifts from here. I just received a gift from Urban Girl. Really cute stuff but a few of the items i already have. I called to see how I could exchange them or get store credit and they said they could do neither. The money would have to be credited back to the gift giver and then I would have to ask them to buy me a gift card?! You never want to make more work for someone who was thoughtful enough to get you a gift.
