I love the website layout, it was easy to navigate through all the options (of which, there are many). Ordering and checking out was simple. Shipping was pretty quick (although I didn't receive a notice once the order had shipped) and I received my full order within a week (4 business days). I also received a handwritten thank you note with my order - Nice touch! I love the products, all well made and high quality. Nothing felt or looked "cheap". I will definitely order from them again and recommend them to colleagues.

impressed with the site. lots of lovely stationary. they arrived days before i expected them. they are so pretty, but not very thick. i wish they were as sturdy as the solid colored files.

The Kate Spade New York Tackle Box I ordered was not packaged properly so the top of the case was cracked when I received it.
The desk pad was a scratched up, bent up, piece of thin plastic which was no thicker nor better than a soda bottle label. Actually, a soda bottle label would have been better. I was really disappointed.
I love everything I ordered. However when my items came in, I was super sad because one item was broken. :( But I was not sad for too long. I called to ask how to make a return, it was super easy, totally hassle-free. I'm very glad with my over all experience!

Being an educator for a school will kids that come from a low income family; purchasing school supplies for a low price is very critical to me. Therefore, I was so shocked to find Urbangirl had the supplies that I needed for even cheaper than everyother major retail store out there. Trust me I did the searching and looking!!! With that being said, not only did this company have the cheapest price for what I was looking for, but also had the fastest and most affordable delivery ever! I was so shocked to get a knock on the door and see the package from Urbangirl in the hands of the UPS gentlemen. I will now forever and always be a loyal customer to Urbangirl!
Absolutely love all the items I purchased. Quality is over the top! Customer service is beyond awesome. I had forgotten to mention I needed tax exempt status on my first order. When I made a second order a few days later I mentioned this to customer service. They quickly offered to do a credit for the tax on my previous order, although I was the one at fault.
I ordered the legal pads on 7/24, but they weren't mailed until 7/31, and I just received them by Priority Mail yesterday. I could have ordered the same legal pads from Walmart and picked them up from the store the next day. Don't know that I will place another order.
