I liked ordering my anna griffin folders from them. They included such a cute note that made me smile.

This was my first time ordering from UrbanGirl, but it will definitely not be my last. The service was the best I've ever experienced. First of all, the product I ordered was out of stock almost everywhere, and where it was available, the cost was increased significantly. On UrbanGirl, however, I was able to purchase the desired item for the normal price! The product arrived quickly and I was delighted to find a personalized note from the seller, written on super cute stationary. This simple gesture both surprised me and made my day! I will surely be ordering again in the future!

Excellent quality merchandise. Colors are vibrant and beautiful. I love purple and when I first opened the box and saw the purple I was speechless!!! Went back and made a second order. I will be buying all my office decor from " Uraban girl" from now on! Love , love it. :)

I absolutely love this site after I stumbled upon it when I did a Google search for "fun office supplies". I figured if I spend most my time in my office I want some fun stuff to use and make my office inviting! the ordering process was easy and I loved the hand written note I received when I got my package. I have searched for colorful clip boards for a couple of months for an event I am planning. I felt like the clip boards would be a nice finishing touch and a nod to our theme. I finally found a site that offered them at a good price point...I love you UrbanGirl!!!

I ordered a 4-pc Kate Spade Acrylic Desk set to include a stapler, tape dispenser, pencil holder cup, and a tray. I have never seen a company (other than Amazon) ship out their products on the next day - which is absolutely amazing. The pricing was also very competitive, as I price-shopped for this set all over and UrbanGirl gave me the best deal. She also gives a tracking number - which is great so that I can keep up with the package en route. It arrived on my porch in about 4-5 days. The boxes were a bit ruffled up, but I am sure that is due to the mail handling system. However, the items were so well packed in smaller boxes + packing material that all of the items were flawless upon opening. I will definitely be shopping here again! :)

First, the website is fun. It is easy to browse, and the products are fantastic - for all ages - for all occupations. My purchases are for my daughter, who will be 29 next month. She keeps journals, makes lists, inspires everyone - and she will love the items I have for her. I would really like to keep each piece for myself - but I will so enjoy seeing her face when she opens each gift. Thank you, Urban Girl!! I also appreciate the personal note that came in the box. I just felt happy vibes when I opened the box.

I ordered 10 padfolios and their price (what I wanted to pay) matched their quality. They were adorable in design and priced very reasonably. The quality was not top notch but I wasn't expecting that given the price I paid. I was more interested in the design. I contacted the company to see if they could ship my order right away and the day they received the order. I got a personal response from the person who packaged my items and she kept me up to date on the shipping information. She included a personal note in my box (in my school's colors) and followed up the expected day of delivery to be sure everything arrived. All 10 padfolios arrived on time, in tact, and the recipients were thrilled!

I always buy the same handsoap for our building and usualy from the same two large online supplier. This time I shopped with Google and up popped UrbanGirl at a much lower price. The soap arrived in 2 days - speedy and cheap. I will be back!

I ordered an acrylic file box with white hanging folders for my new office space. The order didn't ship right away and I emailed the company to inquire as to when it might be sent. The staff was very quick to respond (the items were on backorder but had just come in and would be sent the next day). I do wish there had been some indication that the items were on backorder when I placed the order, but other than that, I am incredibly happy with my experience. I appreciate that the staff was so responsive and friendly (and enthusiastic!) I will definitely order from UrbanGirl again in the future.

I had a great experience with Urban Girl. I had, after placing my order, to change the quantity, and had numerous folks contact me and they were able to make the changes before the order shipped. Great customer service.

I am very pleased with the items I ordered, they definitely make my office more enjoyable! One of my items came with a piece broken off even though it was wrapped very well, and they agreed to send another right away, which was great. Overall great products and customer service.
