Product was good, delivery was on time.
The item I purchased was a small clothes rail which has not been installed as yet on the wall, but it seems sturdy enough. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the package arrived with the metal tube sticking out of it. Obviously done en route through the courier but it would have been a good idea if the items in the package had been secured together before going into the plastic outer bag. It was only luck I think that the metal tube had not been lost en route.
This company knows what they are doing in business. First of all, I am very pleased of their service. The product what I ordered came on time, i could say slightly earlier than on time. Even this COVID situation. Very good product than what i expected. It really worth every penny. There was a little problem but It was sorted very quick with just one email to ask about this. 2 of 3 items were scratched/ damaged superficially but it was too much hassle to exchange or return as there was another lockdown. Disappointing but would’ve been great if they were in better condition.

Delighted with our 4ft heavy duty rail and cover. Good quality, easy to put together (but you might need assistance to get the top rail on). Arrived before scheduled delivery date. What more could you ask for?
