Updating this review as it's got even more ridiculous. Had my account closed, after being accused of opposite betting on roulette. Had to Google what that was still can't really understand what the point would be, either way I did not do this as it would be utterly dumb. All I did was recieve an offer for Wagering on Live Roulette for some spins, as Red is my lucky colour, I placed chips on Red. I had to make complaints and go through ecogra, it turns out someone else place a few bets on black at the same time I did red, so they have decided to link us and accuse me of opposite betting with this unknown person. Think about how ludicrous this is, how many people bet on roulette at a time, on odds/evens/red/black anything. There is even a 20 second wait when you place your bet. So if someone came in to the room and bet on the opposite to me (I guess this would include odd/even) then they decided thats a great way to unfairly steal customers money. Something I have absolutely no control over! I can't control what other random people are betting on, note they can't link us in any other way, no IP sharing no address link, becuase they have no evidence. Absolute scam artists that I now have to take to the small claims court to get my money back. Which is easy as they have no evidence! Do yourself a favour and use a more reputable site, avoid these like the plague.
Problem with bonuses, I had to contact them several times. Problem with payment (there are no problems with taking money during payment). First, there is a problem with the card, I change the card and make a payment, then they say that the earned money was not paid from that card, so you cannot withdraw the money. If you earn something by any chance, you can't take money because they won't let you, there's always a reason. Avoid them!

When I first started using this site ( Online casino Crazy time) I used to win fairly often. Last 7-8 months absolutely nothing, no matter how much i spent or what i place my bets on. All results are not random and completely pre determined! Complete scam, just closed my account and never betting with them again. Stay away!
The worst site I have ever been on. They let you win big with the bonus but to spend 500x is ney on impossible. The last day I had over £400 in my bonus bank and would not let me bet. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY DO NOT PAY WINNINGS. I DEPOSITED £400 from a joint account that my husband and I use, I won £5500 and tried to withdraw on the 17th march. I uploaded all documents that they asked for, they didn’t not verify any of these during their mentioned timeframes, I even linked open banking to “speed” the process up, which did not happen. I complained on the live chat every single day and got the same generic reply each time, the team are looking into and there are no managers you can talk to. After raising complaints via resolver they got back to me yesterday to advise me that I supposedly have breached their terms by using my husbands card and they are voiding my winnings. (email was riddled with spelling mistakes, professional company)Funny how it was acceptable for me to make multiple deposits with that card but not acceptable to have a withdrawal with it. I wonder if I used that card and lost £10k if I would have been eligible for a refund for the same above mentioned reasons. I think not. I will not back down from this, I will be issuing a county court claim for the money owed plus interest accrued. This company is a scam! Please do not use them! They have not paid me out my £200.10 winnings and just keep fobbing me off! I’ve been emailing them non stop for the past two days and they keep fobbing me off and not actually looking into it! I spoke to my bank who have said they haven’t attempted to send me the money, they refuse to show me there bank statement showing they have sent it! DO NOT USE THIS SITE they are con artists! I have contacted customer support many times and nothing has happened. They are a scam and will steal your money! Be very careful if you choose to use them! Had a £10 welcome bonus. Used bonus on a football acca. Won £369.10 which was added to main balance then refreshed page and it was added to bonus balance. Fair enough I know bonuses you have to wager a certain amount (normally 3 times the original £10 bonus). Before moneys will go into main account then you are able to withdraw. I then go to a different page and both balances are at 0. I then use the online chat and get an advisor tell me that I have cancelled the bonuses and I have lost the money. WHY WOULD ANYONE CANCEL A BONUS AND LOSE THEMSELVES 369.10.?? Its a joke. But don't worry as a good will gesture they have gave me the original £10 bonus back no doubt if I win that will disappear also. Absolutely shocking company. I would advise anyone to avoid. Fine to use if you just keep losing money to them BUT as soon as you make a decent win they will try everything in their filthy corrupt book to prevent from paying out. This will start with ridiculous amounts of documentation where they keep moving the goalposts and keep adding new requirements. Documentation consists and is not limited to: - Selfie with bank card - Posted, yes posted bank statement - Selfie with posted bank statement (good luck getting a crystal clear photo of that) - Selfie with posted bank statement outside the front of your house showing the house number (not even kidding) By they way these all have to be impossibly crystal clear or they will outright reject. After weeks / months of back and forth you may eventually pass the document check and may even be lucky enough to have the initial deposit returned BUT then they will 100% confiscate your winnings hiding behind their vaguest of terms and conditions. This could be as far fetched as your address matches someone who lived there in the past who once had a Unibet or one of their sister accounts, or that you have at some point logged on to Unibet with an IP that has once been connected with some other Unibet user in the world. It doesn't matter if this is a shared Wifi like at your place of work etc. The accusation here is of collusion! I joke not. I personally started with £400 and got up to £800 through sportsbook and casino. I currently have a case with eCOGRA to try to get the winnings unconfiscated but its been a few months and not heard back yet. It's laughable that they even try to confiscate casino winnings which is 100% luck based and could never be manipulated. If you have already used Unibet them I would advise to withdraw in small amounts - if you request a larger withdrawal they will certainly confiscate.
