Horrendous. A complete joke of a customer verification process with awful customer support giving repeated computer says no responses without giving any proper guidance on why the documents are being rejected. Unless your willing to get professional photos done of yourself holding a utility bill don’t waste your time. Anything you take yourself with a phone camera (even iPhone) is apparently not clear enough.

Scam alerts, or fraud I was fully member verified So I have deposited money into to this gambling account. Then I win some,so I cash out 150.06£ Then the withdraw was pending, so later on today hims cancelled the payment. Hims coming with this the name don't match on the account. If mi name is dinarte Anastacio Mendonca Castro But in the bank is others way the bank use .Mendonca castro d a So I putting likely that's. Plus correct number account and sorted code.so hims still reverse. So hims wanted people to invest in then for cash out allways hims coming with others issues to void pay the people money, so now I am waiting for 2 days to clear then raised full chargesback.if u all want gambling just go to red32 there hims pay the members straight with out issues. This unibet.co.uk is scam or fraud . What others members tell here about the site is all true. Before u invested in u should check the rating and review from others members

UniBet are without question the biggest scumbag gambling company available to anyone from the UK. I cannot stress enough how much to avoid ever depositing money onto their site. They are thieves and it his highly likely the company is a Ponzi scheme. I suspect there are no isolated funds covering customer balances. They are unethical and despicable and personally I am going to do all I can to cause trouble for them. The Gambling Commission are very very interested in the evidence that has been provided to them - emails, screen shots of bets, deposits, withdrawals etc. The biggest red flag, as many others are reporting are the illegal delays over verification and ID checks etc. Their 'procedures' are illegal and breaking countless gaming laws. I have had nearly £6000 stolen by UniBet for 17 days now. I have provided anything and everything requested of me. This has included extensive ID, statements, documents etc. There is always something else despite there being absolutely nothing nefarious about my details nor account. I simply had a winning streak which of course Unibet simply can't accept. We now have law enforcement becoming involved, lawyers and as I say the Gambling Commission. Never deposit money onto this site unless you are completely prepared to lose it, regardless of whether your best are successful. They are complete scum. The 'support' (hahahaha) are beyond useless and I doubt have any clue they are working for a company that is breaking laws. All they do is send generic responses saying how sorry they are for the frustration caused! As other's have said they reset the timeline anytime you send 'new' documentation. The have caused me mental health issues, caused me to lose sleep and now in the last week short term cash flow issues given they have withheld nearly £6000, some of which I was reliant upon. They are totally shameless, they have no morals or ethics. Scum, the lot of them!

I can only be honest. Winnings paid out nearly immediately!! Verification process no problem so far so good. If things go downhill I will let everyone know , but no problems as of now. I did notice the bad reviews but I also noticed there are a lot of people using this site so cannot be that bad. Scammers. Do not trust. Do not use. Go to a company that has a good reputation instead. They will close your account with no evidence of any wrongdoing (because there was none), cancel your bets and keep your money. Hiding behind vague terms and conditions it seems it is legal for them to do this! I repeat. DO NOT USE UNIBET.
Took my money for a bet so quick, i won this bet and then tried withdrawing it out, they wanted verfication after verfication, it took me a good 2 months to get my money after threatening legal action and getting my solicitor involved. it paid off to have taken a screenshot of my bet as i always take proof of everything in case of things dissapearing.
Most ridiculous ID&V requirements I've ever come across. Just kept asking for more and more. I work in KYC and AML for a UK Bank and the stupidity of their KYC process and divergence from industry norms is staggering. Didn't bother to finish KYC in the end. How do they have any customers?
