I signed up and after playing on one game I changed to another then all of a sudden it knocked me off the site , when I then tried to log back on it said I had self excluded , why on earth would I do this when I'd just signed up . Something very dodgy about this site . Tried replying to the email I received about self exclusion and it bounced back saying BLOCKED . Stay away from this site .
As soon as you make a withdrawal, they freeze your account to block the withdrawal and thus steal any funds in your account. My account was already verified at the time of opening, I made a small withdrawal to the SAME card I had used for any deposits, but my money never arrived. After days, I got an email saying they needed to verify my account (but it already was verified) and no information about my withdrawal. When I contacted them about my missing withdrawal they told me they would only reply if a third party contacted them, so I've been forced to raise a dispute externally. A month later, they're sending me harassing emails saying they've cancelled the withdrawal and frozen my account. So they have effectively stolen my money.

This app is a scam they make it really easy to deposit money but make you cut your arm off to withdraw your money I believe they want all those documents to steal more information or something because it's ridiculous
I deposited 5 quid just for a laugh and to waste a bit of time waiting for my misses to come back from the chippy, i ended up winning 70 quid. i know not a heap of cash but still was pretty fun. i played 20 of it and set my self a withdraw of 50 so i did. my withdraw was then put on hold without an email or anything to tell me. i reached out to chat and they said its because of the weekend. so i logged in on monday the withdraw cancelled and my account restricted and asked me to verify my account. this is a really scummy tactic to hold your winnings you can even see on the ukgc website this is under the what not to do part. so i uploaded my driving licence, my card, and a digital bank statement. this is what they asked for and 2 of the 3 were accepted but they will not accept my bank statement. it has to be a posted one even though it states it can be digital. so i swiftly went to the live chat which were zero help at all. i asked several times why i have to provide a posted letter even though it says they accept digital statements. only to be met with because our security team can request extra. no other reason but that. this is a total scam of a company they use every scummy tactic they can to withhold your winnings. Honestly don’t understand why this site is poor. I’ve withdrawn over £3000 in the little time I’ve been on: the second I hit withdraw it’s in my bank account. I sent documents required and was approved very quick. No issues as of yet. Congo cash is a good one on this site.
