Avoid like the plague. Won a bet fair and square then got a message saying they’d closed my account and kept my winnings. Repeated attempts to ascertain why was met with a referral to their T&Cs. Absolute crooks.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! I deposited £200 and won £400 profit. I tried to withdraw and they requested 5 different sets of documents (selfies, letters sent via post, source of funds, statements etc.) I sent these across only for Unibet to steal my winnings and are now refusing to send back my deposit. They are thieves and I have no idea how they can get away with stealing our money!!!
Won quiet abit of money on here and withdrawal time was actually good! However were I was winning they just closed my account for no reason at all.

Changed my betting odds from 180-1 to 13-1 after the game had already started and my bet was coming in . I contacted customer support and they was basically telling me they can change what ever and when ever they want ! Do not use this betting app ! They are crooks

Made a snooker bet today Si Xu vs Ding, frame 13 first colour potted to be from the Baulk ( yellow, green and brown) Yellow was the first in as I watched the match. I won the bet but it came back as lost, I checked with other bet sites and I was right all the way. Contacted Unibet and after they reviewed they told me that I lost my bet. I have challenged that and this was raised, still awaiting for the outcome for 3 hours. 24 hours later and still waiting for the outcome of my bet. The customer services keep saying that they awaiting on the traders to settle my bet correctly, God knows when😡
Absolute scammers, won about 2000 pounds at slots and ever since, I am only losing, I have lost another 2k on top since the RTP in extremely corrupted to gain their mai eh back and more..
A Friend gave me a tip on a horse that was racing the following day so I backed it with Unibet that night £50 e.way at 12/1. The horse wins as the 7/4 favourite. The gamble pays off and makes a lot of people happy. Not me though as they refused to pay out. Due to rule 16.1 they have the right to refuse payout identity fraud; payment fraud; money laundering; third party funding; forgery; using stolen or fraudulent payment details; collusion with other individuals; utilisation of software to gain an advantage; chip dumping; exploitation of loopholes within our software & functionality; betting on fixed sporting events; or insider information. The bottom rule applies to me. How is this allowed? Why isn't this country blocking them from trading in the UK? This is fraud and there is nothing you can do about. A company that is allowed to trade in the UK that can scam its customers. They need to be banned from this country.

Bet on the horses with Unibet over the course of several months and winnings were withheld when I tried to make a withdrawal, currently in the process of taking them to court! Stay well clear of Unibet!
They are absolute criminals. I placed one bet, won £200 then they closed my account and tried to steal the money citing fraud. Don't go near them as you'll have to take them to court to get your money back.
