Purchased a walkie talkie that was supposed to be programmed so I could use it at work. No such luck. When I called and left message for Chandra (think that's her name) to call me back well no luck there either. Sure I ordered a battery for my old walkie talkie because that so called programmed walkie I purchased doesn't let me talk on it so it's pretty much a waste of money on my part. Your return policy is a joke.
