Inferior Quality. I ordered and received a ARC G-32 G Hook Lapel Microphone. The product description says that it "has a replaceable foam cover," which came dry rotted. It also states that the "cord is wrapped in Kevlar for strength, reliability, and durability," it has completely peeled off in my second day of using it. I would have returned this item had I not thrown the receipt and packaging away. The owner reached out to me to make this right, which he has. A replacement headset was agreed on and has been sent out, I am expecting it today. Thank you for standing by your high standards. I will do business here again.
