Exceptional selection of wine and great service

The service I had from Twisted Cellar was excellent. I wanted a last minute birthday gift for my daughter in law, to be delivered next day. Hallam was very helpful and said 'no problem'. There was an excellent choice of wine and spirits on their website, so had no problem choosing six different wines. They delivered as promised the next day with a birthday note enclosed and my daughter in law said it was a lovely surprise. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Really enjoyed the English winetasting with Iain. The wines were delicious and great value. The tasting was a mix of fun and facts and we learnt a lot about English wines. Iain has so much knowledge and managed to bring it across in a fun and educational way. Their online shop offers a really good variety of "slightly different" wines and I cannot wait to buy more. Product was great and service from the team at twisted cellar was great. Delivery service through their current carrier was not so good. Paid for express delivery as it was a gift and it was anything but.package arrived a day later than advised and tracking was absolutely shocking as was the customer care from the courier company. I was hung up on and personally I will not be shopping with any company using the same dispatch method. I advise twister cellar to review the service level agreements and claim this one back.

Had the best service, I needed a bottle of gin for my wife's birthday delivering at the start of the lockdown, typical bloke had left it a bit late & was getting in fluster online, spoke to a member of staff who couldn't help enough getting it here on time & making me look good, definitely will be making further purchases in the near future, thanks guys
