I've ordered from them a few times now, I can only say good things! Particularly: - service always great - super speedy delivery - nice wine selection with some interesting and reasonably priced oranges and naturals (which is what I seem to reach for lately, and these're still not very widespread in the UK market, especially at a reasonable price range) - as a plus, I find the website is really well made and easy to navigate, with remarkably few glitches and UX snafus (I work in tech so I get a bit twitchy when it comes to poorly made e-commerce sites. I actually thought Twisted Cellar was an online retailer only, as the attention they have put into this side of the business really shows through! I was surprised to then learn they are in fact a small, independent shop that also does online retail... others just give you a pdf to download with the current stock (or a link to their instagram page...), so this is another level!) - nice personal service and you can also get ahold of them on the phone if needed :)

I ordered some wines after finding they were one of the only stockists of a wine I was after. I ordered at 1pm and the wines arrived for 8:30 am the next morning. Unfortunately there was a mix up in packing and I received the wrong wines but after calling they packaged and resent a box with the correct order and one as a gesture of goodwill which arrived early the next morning. Thank you for your excellent customer service and I will definitely be recommending you and ordering more wines.

Ordered 6 bottles of wine which arrived in good time but unfortunately there was an issue with the first bottle I opened. These things happen and after an initial delay, the team at Twisted Cellar immediately addressed my issues and resolved, turning a bad situation into a great example of how customer service should be. I’m now looking forward to tasting the rest of the wine and receiving further tailored wine choices from the team.
