Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.
Fantastic tea and very quick delivery
Fantastic tea - will be trying more soon. It is worth knowing that the funky tea strainers that sit inside cups still let fine material through where they open/close (the mesh is fine).

Earl Grey Cream - loose leaf black tea. I've bought this product a number of times and love it. All the taste of Earl Grey with the added soft but not intrusive vanilla taste. I drink it with almond milk and it is delicious. Used to buy it in the shop but now it is more convenient to order it online. The service is very speed I had it within 48 hours and it is well packed. Definitely buy again.
This is definitely my ‘go to’ tea supplier. They have such a wide variety I can never get bored, and I also have my regular favourites. Quality is excellent and the service is very fast and friendly.

What a prompt and efficient service from True Tea Company. I needed Jasmine tea to mix with my frozen cherries to make a smoothie for my gout. It was easy to order, arrived swiftly and well packaged and the flavour is wonderful.

I love everything about True Tea. The teas are the most wonderful flavours that I enjoy several times a day and they last so long. The subscription every month is always a delight. And their customer service is unmatched. I needed to have no caffeine for a bit and they easily switched my subscription to send yummy herbals teas instead. I have converted several friends to True Tea after they came around and had a cup too - go for it if you have any doubts
