We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.
My regular order of loose tea arrived promptly thankyou. I have two favourites Midnight rose 🌹 &PU-ERH CHAI AND THE ARE CONSTANTLY amazing . But i love that I can buy tasters of all the other teas . And thankyou so much for sending a new Rose tea I will give it the Derrian afternoon tea test . So watch this space
Tremendously fast delivery, the most fabulous Japanese green cherry tea, and the ability to buy sample sizes of all of their teas which is a great way to try new types and flavours without risk. Have recommended them to family, and will be using them again without hesitation.
I have had your teas before and they are fabulous, so much so I ordered them to be delivered to me in Portugal as I was missing them and we were staying for a few weeks. Unfortunately this was probably not a good idea, as of yet I have not received them. I think there is a payment to be made which I am investigating and some one told me once this has been paid they will deliver them. 🤞🏻🙂

Horrible tea - bought a pack of Sencha Sakura which is an original Japanese blend of green tea and cherry blossoms. True Tea have instead used a horrible cherry flavouring which is so strong and artificial in taste that I got sick just by opening the pack. Not sure how they're even allowed to call it Sencha Sakura tbh...
As I mentioned in my previous review, the taste is really appealing, the freshness quality, and delivery are also first class. I have ordered twice and will no doubt order again! I tip my hat to you Truetea Co!

Fast delivery
I ordered some Earl Grey Rebel as a gift for a family member. In making the order via the website I made a stupid error, which was sorted out in a couple of minutes by a very helpful staff member over the phone. I made the order on Monday afternoon, and the tea was delivered on Tuesday. Absolutely top notch service. And excellent tea to boot!

I purchased the English Breakfast No12. After a few tries I now have a great cup of tea. There is a marked difference between the quality of tea from True Tea Co than other brands. Delivery and packaging was also great.
Ordered the English breakfast classic, earl grey blue, and sencha tea which arrived promptly! All super good quality and tasty, though I'd recommend going for the more expensive sencha teas as the basic one is quite weak in flavour (but that's how I like it).
Ultimately, my order arrived but it was initially cancelled for reasons we did not understand. The tea is delicious.
I have been shopping around for tea in the UK as currently unable to travel to China. This is the best tea I have found and I will be sticking with it. I can only speak for my favourite teas, Dragon Well, white tea and jasmine, but I did venture out with the rose tea and it is lovely, a natural mellow flavour of rose. Nice eco-friendly packaging as well and delivery was quick. All in all very happy with this company and the product.

I am concerned about residues of herbicides in tea. True Tea provides an extensive selection of organic teas. Delivery is amazing. Often next day.
