Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.
Such a fantastic experience ordering from True Tea! I left a little note in the order asking if the packaging could be plain, as my order was a gift for my partner....I wasn't expecting anything, really left the message on a punt! But I received an email minutes after my order letting me know that they were happy to send my order in plan packaging. Such a lovely touch! The tea arrived super quickly and my partner absolutely loves it. Will definitely be back for more - can't recommend highly enough :)
We have used True Tea Co since our son introduced it to us. My wife loves the Vanilla Coffee and I love Oolong and other teas from my time in Asia. The quality is good and the ease of ordering and delivery makes it simple.
Lovely tea and lovely service
We received a Christmas package containing 15 True Tea English Breakfast tea bags. The tea had a distinctive Assam taste which I liked so I ordered 45 with jar online. The service was excellent, the jar very good but the tea bags did not seem to have such a strong Assam taste. Tea good but not totally to my taste.
Really impressed with my new selection of tea’s i ordered to try- the smell as i opened them is wonderful!! I will most definitely be ordering again soon 😀
This company is amazing. So much variety and quick delivery. Only thing that would make the experience better is some detail under more of teas to help you decide which ones to choose. Happy regular customer and highly recommended.

Initially bought the cup with filter and some testers, since then bought the large teapot and more testers and bigger bags of teas. The teas taste so fresh and clean compared to teabags. Even my coffee obsessed hubby has enjoyed some of the different types and now I need to order more! Super quick delivery is an added bonus too!

All great! Impressive selection of teas. Quick delivery. So far very happy with my purchase of a lot of samples. Will surely order again once I have identified my favourites. 4 stars only because I missed having tracking information about the delivery. I am using my garden entrance to my flat because of covid in order to avoid having to enter a shared house and was not able to provide this information to the delivery. Luckily the local mail man remembered this without an extra note.
The company offers an extensive range of teas and coffee. I haven't used teabags for over a year now, which is good for me and good for the environment. The quality is plain to see (and of course taste). Customer service is very responsive, should you need it. Such a lovely company to deal with which makes a pleasant change in this day and age.
