Changed our lives! We have used Trinity finance in the past when we got our first mortgage. This time we were looking to tie up all our loose ends and consolidate our debts to bring our month outgoings down. Lisa did an outstanding job and dealt with everything whilst guiding us through where we needed help. We had quite a collection of little debts which required somebody who was non judgemental and able to give good solid advice. Superb service from all the team at Trinity Finance, Jonathan took me through the process with finite detail as I was not clued up on the process of buying a house. He found me the best deal for my circumstances and did all this in the background with minimum fuss and in quick time. Thank you to Melanie Cook and Chloe Brooks for all their help during our buying process. Unfortunately we had a very difficult and slow solicitor. This however was not the problem it could have been thanks to Melanie and Chloe who always kept an eye on the process and chased our solicitor to keep the sale moving. As a result we managed to complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday and this was definitely helped by Melanie and Chloe’s perseverance and professionalism. During the stressful process they were always in contact with us and provided us with reassurance.
