I was struggling to get a mortgage for a property that had a specific clause that lenders were not keen on. My usual broker was unable to get a lender and I approached 3 sperate brokers who were unable to identify a lender that would accept the clause or did not want to take on the work it would involve to find one. I came across trinity, as they were recommended by the estate agent I was buying the property through. The broker that worked on my case was Melanie and she done a fantastic job. She took time to fully investigate the background of my case and explore the market to find a suitable lender. In the end she found a specialist lender and I have just recently completed on my property after what took a year with other brokers. Would definitely recommend trinity and Melanie.
