Delivery was quick. The quality of the New Haven Fir tree is great. It is very realistic looking. It is an unlit tree but each section had an attached extension cord. Love that part. The only issue is that the tree doesn't look anything like its picture. There were no directions for this specific tree to fluff it out to look like the advertised photo.

It was easy to order the tree online & when I asked a question I got an immediate & helpful answer. I had a problem with attaching the two electrical cords. They have to be aligned exactly which takes time & patience. We love the variety of light combinations. We look forward to Christmas so we can enjoy this tree.

Received the Frosted Elegance tree within days of ordering and absolutely love it! It is a beautiful and unique tree with both the white lights and globe lights. We put it up to check it out and decided to just leave it up and decorate extremely early for Christmas (beginning of October)! The glitter on the branches is definitely messy setting up, but totally worth it when finished. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Treetime for years for both home and church and their selection and service is second to none. I have had my two original trees for home relit and they are still as beautiful as day 1. My new tree is a 7.5 foot white tree and I can't wait to put it up. I took the top out of box to see what it looked like lit and it is absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to decorating this gorgeous tree soon.

Treetime has great artificial Christmas trees! I wanted a tree that was slimmer to fit my place. I went to Treetime because of past experience. The new tree is just what I was looking for! I needed to return a tree because it was too small and Treetime's customer service cannot be beat!

My tree arrived very quickly! Although I haven’t removed it entirely from the box yet, I can already tell that it’s going to be lifelike and full. Once it’s time to decorate, I have no doubt that I’m going to be quite pleased with it!

We put the tree together to make sure everything was there. We love it! Can't wait to decorate this beautiful tree. Made very well. Not cheaply made. Worth the extra money. Ours is not prelit. Thats why we are buying a new tree the prelit always ends up ruining the tree. This is why no lights this time. Our new tree is gorgeous! I purchased it during the Christmas in July sale and immediately put it up upon arrival. Set up took less than five minutes. I hated packing it away until holiday season, but it gives me something to look forward to!

Have not opened box or assembled but delivery time excellent and box arrived in good condition. Will assemble in December
