I purchased an identical tree last year. Love it I just wish it came in a version more lightly flocked. Also, when I called to ask questions the person seemed more annoyed than helpful. However, they finally warmed up when I started to questions about the concolor tree. They were straightforward and honest about that particular tree.
Treetime has always been great. We have a 12 yo tree and the lights are starting to go out. For years they sent us bulbs that they had left over and we had a light gun. Their customer service is wonderful. I’m so excited to try our new LED Balsam tree!!
I am very disappointed in this company. It talks about being the best in America when, in fact, they open a box from China to inspect, reseal and send it out. When we openned this tree, we were surprised at what seemed to us (from other trees purchased at Lowe's) of the poor quality. Without assembling, we contacted the company for a refund. It took several days for us to get clear instructions to send it back. It cost us $167 to ship UPS and the return policy quotes several ways we may be charged in other ways. I carefully read many website vendors to choose this company and believed I would get a superior product. I feel very cheated.

This is my 2nd Treetime purchase. The quality of Treetime trees are just amazing! I ordered during the offseason and my new tree shipped the next morning.
I purchased the Slim Wexford Spruce. I’m very pleased how realistic it looks and how well it is made. Slim but branches are full. It fits nicely in my limited space.

We made an error on our order and follow up was great. Corrected in minutes and order shipped very quickly. We were surprised at how fast!!! Pleasant customer service for sure. I do admit that we have not inspected the product as yet so can't comment on that.
I have not even assembled my tree but I cannot say enough about the customer service of this team. I have had my tree for 20 years and change was hard for me. I spoke with 2 associates and they could not have been more helpful or attentive with assisting in my selection. The attention to detail on the tree is beautiful. I cannot wait to put it up this year!!

I was able to find many details about the products and company on the website. I am impressed by the engineering and design which went into the trees. I purchased the variable lighting schemes capability which I look forward to using in 2023, especially the “twinkle” setting”. While slightly larger than my old tree from Home Depot, there are nearly 2x the lights on this new tree. Customer reviews of my tree selection were most helpful. Delivery was fast. I look forward to having it last at least 10 years!

We bought the new tree for next Christmas. It came in a cardboard container which I opened to checkout the tree and test the lights. All was ok. I was surprised that no storage bags were included with tree and there was no statement that they not included. Otherwise I would purchased one when I purchased the tree.
