Marsha was great! There was a mix up on their systems tax calculation, which put my order on hold. Once we figured it out, everything went through! The customer service was outstanding!

Wow, I had Leslie as my point of contact. I ordered online and was called to say that what I ordered wasn’t available. First point. I said ok and ordered some of what you did. Got a call weeks later that they had an issue with charging form due to the order change. Today I look and my card was charged 3 times from you with the exact same amount. This was not fun.

Treetime can’t seem to workout how to process my order , after two weeks . I just called and they still have no idea how to process my order , so I just cancelled it and will NEVER do business with this company again !

Hadn’t heard anything about my order for 2 weeks, then I actually got a phone call from the company telling me the shipment had just come in & would be shipped soon. I then got it 4 days later. I must say that I was a little peeved initially, but the personal touch of the phone call blew me away! And the tree is lovely, just what I had hoped for! I’m a very happy customer 👍

i accidently used wrong promo code. The correct one was a greater discount. It was taken care of immediately by a very friendly person I spoke to on the phone. It was easy and quick. Looking forward to christmas with my new tree.

I love my tree!!! Exactly what I was looking for. I love the realistic tips!! I received it quickly after my order. Until I found Treetime I wasn’t sure that what I wanted was even on the market. A slim, realistic, unlit, 7.5 ft tree. I want to add my own lights so that I won’t have to replace my tree every 5-10 years when the lights go out. Thank you for making such a beautiful tree!
