Recently arrived, and only had chance for a quick ride around the block, bike made up on delivery apart from a few well instructed adjustments, love the colour and seems to go very smoothly with good power

Altura ProGel Womens Thermal Tights I should've known at the order stage.....after paying my 30 odd quid, I then had a Tredz message to say that if I wanted black it would cost me over 50 (!) I was desperate so I agreed. However, it felt like sharp practice at that early stage. If you buy these tights DO NOT try them on. I returned mine after responsibly trying them, only to have my refund rejected because there were dry skin flakes on the inside (!) I had tried them and immediately rewrapped them for return. I don't think ANYONE could try them without leaving a trace. The fabric is cheap and clingy. So if you do plan to try them, exfoliate first(!) All in all I would be very careful when buying, which is sad as the Tredz I bought from 4 or 5 years ago was always quality. Beware.

Overall I am happy with my purchase from Tredz. One star was lost as the box was badly damaged on arrival however the bike appeared perfect once unpacked. Online chat was helpful and very responsive

Bike (Boardman 8.9 Dsic) arrived looking 2nd hand (looked like returned bike), had to setup & adjust everything myself before I could ride it ie: bleed brakes, straighten calipers & requested for a damaged part to be replaced - having ridden the bike approx 150 miles a crack has appeared on the frame (looks to be a common issue), was asked to send the bike back to be assesed leaving me without a bike to commute to work on, Tredz unable to provide a replacement so overall my experience has been pretty poor. Great with selling parts, just seem a bit crap with bikes when there is a problem. As with all these things, someone will probably reply asking me to send them the details to investigate - I wont waste my time.
