when ordering I wanted to make sure that the delivery would not come before a certain date, used the chat and this was noted once I ordered. Came exactly when expected and well packaged.
I bought some tyres which when I tried to put them on my rims the rims broke. It appears that those tyres may not be suitable for some rims but there is nothing in the website or the manufacturer site to suggest this. I have written to spoken with Tredz customer services who had no ability to do anything. They asked for me to email and I did but they have as yet not replied after two and a bit weeks. Happy to take one’s money but no after sales service.

The product was competitivly priced and it turned up promptly and well packaged, you can't ask for more than that.
Bikes were delivered quickly and as advertised and dealing with Tredz throughout has been very positive and would recommend. However, we had an issues with the delivery agent, DHL. Although the bikes (came in 2 separate deliveries) were delivered promptly the state of the packaging on arrival was appalling. Both boxes were badly crushed and ripped and no care in handling the bikes had been taken and 1 bike arrived with a significant scratch on the head tube. Tredz again dealt with issue promptly, offering fair compensation for the damage so we kept the bikes. A consideration for Tredz.. perhaps use heavier duty boxes when shipping heavy e-bikes!

Five stars. The experience was great, the website works quite well, so it was easy to find and compare what I was looking for. Product quality is good (different products/different brands), and the shipping was quite fast with products already available. Totally satisfied.

Good choice, clear website. Only problem is use of DHL as courier - they had no provision for setting a safe place for delivery (just doorstep), so I had to delay delivery until I could be in all day.
