I have a wonderful experience working with John Sison and Eduard Chua. I was applying expedited US passport for my newborn. Before I decided to go with TVP, I did my research and also approached to TVP representative for any concerns and customer review comments that I saw online. They are very patient to explain each detailed question I have. I have received reply within a couple hours from CEO, Lester, Edmund, Karl, Ellen..My guess is that the whole team work together. After I paid the service and started the process, their service remains professional and "fast" to respond. They answered my phone call, text and email quickly and nicely.
