After describing in very carefully my specific situation (a one-year Emergency Passport), I spent about 2 hours filling out forms, completing and signing each by hand as required, scanning and sending them all, I was told that not only do I have to use a different set of forms (thankfully less), but that I now had to physically appear in 3 different locations to get the process done. While the in-person situation is not something that could be avoided, the extra work and time I had to do was. Life and people are imperfect; but when you look at the cost of this process, a service should be precise.

A very cumbersome and confusing process to get a visa. They try to hook you in by getting you to pay for their services before submitting any documents. You then receive conflicting information from different people and it feels like is all designed to get you to pay for additional help that they offer in their website. My friend went to another well known provider of visas and did not experience any of the issues I experienced and received his visa in half the time.

John was assigned to my case and was enormously helpful and patient. I am a very busy person and so caused quite a bit of delay getting the necessary documents to him. John always reminded me and got the job done quickly when I provided the proper documents.
