We use touchbistro For our pos more than 2 years now. The Customer service is really bad. If you have an issue they won’t try resolve that fast. They are saying it’s no.1 pos please don’t fall for it.

They said I am In a Contract, whenever they never finish the job. I was supposed to get a better equipment but that was worst and more expensive 2 times more... its ridicules. I want to try to resolve the issue, but they try to convincing me to stick to them. I just want finish with them...
After reviewing than a couple alternatives, Touch Bistro was the best choice. It has the features needed and was a great value. The sales team is very professional and helpful in answering questions in detail. We did refer 2 other locations which have also installed Touch Bristro.
TouchBistro is easily one of the best POS systems out there for restaurants. It's super easy to use and there are so many customizable settings. I love that they have 24/7 tech support. We had an issue with the app crashing on the main device the first day we got the system and within a few hours the issue was fixed with a patch. Highly recommend.
Lance at TouchBistro was very insightful and helpful. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and walk me through the connectivity issues we were experiencing.
The entire team was very helpful and professional during the setup and installation process. They walked me through each step, and made the transition from our old POS to the TouchBistro system seamless. The training videos also prepared our staff for the change in the new system, so we were all ready when the system went live.
Great 24/7 customer service and user friendly app
My name is Hiba Sadi, and I'm writing on behalf of Olive Haven Ltd. My experience with TouchBistro has been great. Besides the amazing 24/7 customer service, and the affordable price, they have a wonderful system that every restaurant should have. The only thing they don't have right now but I would've liked to find is the option to give discounts for online orders (as in sending the customers a promo code to use it on checkout). But I've been told they're working on it.
After reviewing more than a dozen alternatives, TouchBistro was hands down the best choice. It has the features needed and was a great value. One additional feature I am counting on and believe will be there is company staffed support. The sales team is also incredibly professional and helpful in answering questions in detail when potential issues pop up. If you are looking for a system, you must take a hard look at TouchBistro.
I really like the app. It has helped my Thai restaurant. It gives my customers a chance to experience my whole menu without questioning.

TOUCHBISTRO IS A HORRIBLE SYSTEM!! Trust me. Google "TouchBistro reviews" to get real feedback. On boarding was a nightmare, the equipment is all third party so they can not customize it and the system is clunky and very non user friendly. Don't get me started on the back office "cloud" (time cards, menu updating, sale tracking) nightmare. Of course even though this was a total BAIT AND SWITCH on their part they won't let us out of our 24 month contract. They will lie to you to get your business. Therefore at the very least I need to try and warn others so they aren't suckered into this beta system that is NOT ready for public use.

Touch bistro is my no.1 choice for restaurant POS
Searching for a Point of Sale (POS) system for our new restaurant wasn't as easy as we thought. You can build your own custom-pc-monitor/tablet setup, have someone do it, or subscribe to a service from a company. There are many companies out there and they all sound great when they're trying to sell you something. However, we opted for TouchBistro for a couple of reasons. Our sales rep was patient, answered our questions, and never made us feel pressured to buy add-on services while giving a great price for the hardware. Secondly, while TouchBistro pricing is competitive, it specializes in the restaurant business and to us that is priceless. We've used TouchBistro now for a couple of months for our new restaurant and the service is great. It's customizable, portable, has broad reporting tools, and more importantly, the after-sales support has been fantastic. In fact, our onboarding specialist, Andrew still stays in touch and responds promptly to our emails. Their technical support team is also very patient and knowledgeable. Just ensure you have TeamViewer installed so they can guide you step-by-step if you need it. As your business is up and running, TouchBistro will reach out to check up and see if there are any additional services that may benefit your business such as loyalty programs but won't pressure you into signing up for them. Also as a nice perk for being a TouchBistro client, you will get special rates for Merchant Terminals and processing fees from Chase, who have also been good. If we had to give some constructive feedback, we would recommend changing the Automated Machine for technical support to not always say that the wait time is between 10-20 minutes because we always almost get a friendly rep ready to help instantly. TouchBistro does update their app regularly so we won't be surprised if more features get added in the future. Overall, we are very happy with TouchBistro and everyone we've dealt with so far.
