I am regretting my purchase immediately. I was not obviously clear that import duties needed to be paid as I did not click the more button. So, this fact is hidden unless you actually click on the button. As soon as I paid 19.00 CET, I immediately received a mail, clearly stating import duty needs to be paid. I therefore cancelled the order, max 4-5 minutes after receiving the confirmation. I received an email at 10.15 saying that I was too late to cancel as the goods had already been dispatched, 5 min. Total micky mouse company. Ridiculous.

Levering correct en op tijd
Easy to use website toolside.ie, very competative prices, reasonable shipping costs and had the 4 large items at my door in 8 days which was fantastic. Easy to track system. If any Irish people are looking to buy from this website I would highly reccommend. The items I purchased were half the price of the same item in Ireland, and with it being an EU country there is no customs charges or hidden fees. Highly Reccommend!

Vorsicht! Dieser Händler scheint den Unterschied zwischen Gewährleistung und Garantie nicht zu kennen. Absolute Katastrophe! Er sitzt in den Niederlanden und ich habe eine Pulverbeschichtungspistole gekauft, die defekt ist. Der Händler weigert sich, die hohen Rücksendekosten von Österreich in die Niederlande zu übernehmen. Vorsicht ist geboten! Ein seriöser Verkäufer würde defekte Ware abholen oder ein Rücksendeetikett bereitstellen. Es ist wirklich schade, aber ich werde dort nie wieder kaufen.
Ik heb een HBM 50 Liter Professionele Mixer besteld in het weekend en 3 dagen later goed ontvangen. Alles in één gezet en het werkt heel goed. Weinig geluid bij het mixen is ook een voordeel!

DO NOT deal with this company. They sent me the wrong variant (after 4 weeks) of the item I had ordered and would not accept that they made the mistake. Packaging was poor and could have been easily damaged in transit. Told me to send it back (at my own expense €90 +) if I was not happy. Very hard to contact them. Emails go into spam. Customer service very poor and don’t want to know about you once they get your money. Please buy elsewhere.

They are brokers. Problem is manufacturer whatever issue is. I think they just facilitate shipments from China or wherever. They take days to reply while time ticks down on your right to return. Smart ass replies as well. They have no interest in sorting out issues. Wish I could give no star rating.
