Most of my orders over the years have been fine, but there have been about 4-5 mistakes during this time. Sometimes, the order has been missing an item or two (on in-stock items), and I've had to contact the site to ask them to send the rest of the order. One time, the order was incomplete because the item was out of stock indefinitely, and I was supposed to be issued a refund. The refund was not issued, and I had to contact the site to have them issue the refund.
Ordering is always a good experience and when items maybe out of stock always work with someone who is willing to work with me and get what I need. Love The Raw Food World website.

Every time I order, I get a back order notice, and it takes weeks if not months to receive the order. If you do not have it in stock, don't sell it until you have an ample amount to sell.
Saw a video on YouTube about reishi mushrooms. Just one of the superdoods I include in my array of nutrients. The guy in the vid was mark for raw food world. I was impressed by the products as well as his research. At the end I see it is raw food world that is across town from me [I live in ojai]. I've been there before for other things. I go this time and the sales helper leads me over to the bin in their warehouse but it is empty . She offers to check the back warehouse for more and returns with all 3 reishi products. I pick the spores due to price and need. I asked about some other items and got some men's daily vitamins too. Got the reishi spore powder. The crystals were overkill for what I needed. Got a discount without asking just for being there, not shipping it to me. Helpers were helpful in showing where things were while also being honest that they didn't know much about each product. I knew what I wanted so that as ok. The products aren't inexpensive but they are also of hardcover quality. I wanted to meet Mark but the cashier told me he lives in Equador and doesn't come there often. The staff is cool the products are hi quality. Some are more than I need being a healthy person already. Rode my bike home. Thought it was cool, yet typical of Ojai that all this was near me.
