Ordering is easy, shipping is prompt, all goes well. I have occasionally been surprised by expiration dates being too immediate, so would appreciate that being noted on the website product info. Would especially love it if you would enable close-up looks at the front and back labels for each product. Please also offer free shipping once in awhile. And bring back the gelatinized maca :-)

I'm not sure which order you want my opinion on, because there were two recent orders. The one I'm going to comment on was supposed to be an 8 oz replacement of moringa leaf powder. I'd received an 8 oz. (on label) package that weighed 2 oz upon arrival. I was supposed to get a new 8 oz package that really weighed 8 oz to replace. it. Surprise: a 2 oz (on label) package was sent instead. But that's not the end of it. All these packages are being muled in and out of Ecuador. So I get one brought to me, and now I have to mule it back. And, the replacement isn't even right. And if this ever gets resolved, what is hopefully a a *real* 8 oz. package will have to be muled down again. This is displacing something that I could have brought instead. Those of you who live abroad know this issue.

My orders normally come very quickly. The only thing I would like to see, at least ONE month during the year, is free shipping. Sure would help on my end! ALSO, Matt needs to update his letter that goes out with every order. He's been 35 for the past 10 years now! Thank you.

Placed an order, I received the email, looked like my order processed. One week later , I called and customer service said it never went through. Now they have not gotten back to me. No previous order tracking from previous orders.

I'm glad The Raw Food World (TRFW) website is available. I'm just learning about eating more CLEAN and RAW food in an effort to heal from Hashimoto's disease & a leaky gut. Whenever I order from TRFW, there's a copy of a hand-written letter from the founder, Matt Monarch. This is a good example of how he and all at TRFW are devoted to helping others have access to wholesome raw foods, learn about them, learn how to "apply" (aka eat!) them and how they can help. Their variety is awesome and their prices are good.

I love the raw organic cacao. I primarily use it to make hot chocolate. I use 1 heaping tablespoon of the cacao, about 1/3 tablespoon of organic raw cinnamon, and about a tablespoon of raw organic honey. I heat spring water to just under boiling, then pour into the cup which has the above listed ingredients. Definitely hits the spot.

I have had only good experiences with the Raw Food World. They are prompt and courteous in everyway and I have been happy with the products I have purchased from them.

the nuts are so much better quality then any where else I've tried I don't need to look any further thanks again.

The only complaint I have is they do not let you know when your order has shipped and I think it took maybe about a week to process my order. Otherwise I love the specials and products I get.

After placing order, waited a few days, still no shipping confirmation or tracking info. Had to write in to ask for follow up. They apologized for the inconvenience and said the order would go out that day. Three more days later, still no shipping confirmation email, no tracking number, no product. Company has great products, but this lack of promptness is frustrating.
