I received my complete order in a timely manner. But... I did ask to have it shipped in a box and NOT in an envelope. It was shipped in an envelope and some of my order was crushed as I said it would be. I requested the box so this wouldn't happen. Not pleased with customer service.

I love that I can come to one place and find all the raw foods I like, but when I received my last order the bag of nuts was only 3/4 full and the coconut oil was leaking out of the container. This has happened before but I thought it was a fluke.

Recently I ordered 1 bottle of hoodia from The Raw Food World. This company didn't even have the courtesy and/or decency to let me know that the item was on backorder---and wouldn't ship tentatively until Dec- ember 2015! I only found this out after having emailed them yesterday---09/29/15, to inquire about my order! No wonder I never received tracking information about this order.

I am VERY satisfied with the coconut oil that I ordered and have shared my success with many others. I have arthritis in my right that was very painful. This was diagnosed by an x-ray. The knee no longer hurts and is very flexible. I will continue to order the oil from you company and to share my success with others.

Regarding Dragon's Blood, I think you should send a note along with product explaining that we may need to cut off top portion of bottle opening in order to let product flow freely. It does not come out otherwise, and I had to figure that out myself. Also, several ideas for how to use product would be advisable to add to the note. It would help to give proportions of drops to what you are putting them in, etc. also. Thank you.

Have used organic yacon syrup from Raw Food World for well over1 year. As a person with type 2 diabetes, I have found that it controls the blood spikes that I had, and works as a bowel regulator. 3 cheers to RawFood World for the organic products available. The ordering and delivery system used is next to none, I can expect my product within a period of 5 days from ordering.

I like this natural sweetner alot. No calories. No aftertaste. I like it especially when I make limeade etc I feel good giving it to my grandchildren. However, not sure why I had to wait so long for my order. Wasn't told it wouldn't be shipped until it was paid for. ? When do you order something and not pay for it at the same time?

Good products, good prices, but some funky shipping policies to Europe that often lead to a huge overcharge on the shipping expenses. Sometimes customer service is helpful here, and sometimes not. Products are first class and the helpful people are also.

I got the highest quality Maca powder I've yet and a nut milk bag. The nut milk bag is on back order so a note was provided letting me know. This is actually the second time I've ordered - the first time was years ago. Amazing service!

Bought a few things from the site that I really enjoyed and received quickly. However, there was one product I pre-ordered back in April 16' it's now going on October and it still hasn't shipped. Had to get a refund.

I recently moved and thought I had changed to my new address , when I received my order confirmation I noticed my order was being sent to my old address, I called on the toll free line and had it sorted out before my order was shipped. Randi was very helpful and polite and funny, I never had any problems with this site, I would recommend raw food world to all my friends.

It came very quickly and was just as discribed. I'm satisfied with the order.
