your follow up emails on trying to sell us more things with the follow up letter in the box. your emails were forwarded to my spam email because it was too much trying to pull selling and emails about curing cancer...

Although I am committed to supporting local businesses, there are not a lot of health food/supplement stores in my area with a wide enough selection to meet my family's needs. The raw food world is a tremendous alternative for is. They have just about everything we need....and the prices are usually fair in most cases. They have by far the best cashews I've ever had...and they are the only place I'll buy them. There are many other foods/superfoods/herbs that are high quality as well (eg: reishi mushroom, almonds, vanilla, maca powder, olive oil, etc). We shop the rfw regularly and really enjoy the at cost specials that help us stay within our grocery budget!

I know I can always trust the quality of the products rawfoodworld.com sells. Whenever I need a superfood or want to indulge with health foods, this is my place to go. I love browsing and learning about products I have not even heard of. Love love love this company!

Over the last few years I have ordered from The Raw Food World quite a few times. I have been pleased overall. I also like that they let you know if something is on sale, what the expiration date is.

Ordered several items, and found out after the packaged shipped (by chance) that some of them had been recalled for samonella contamination. When the package arrived, I checked the UPC codes on the items and they were indeed recalled (JEM Raw Cacao Hazelnut butter). Had to contact customer service to figure out what to do--they said to mail the items back and refunded just the cost of the items (i.e. i was supposed to pay for return shipping myself). The explanation for how these items were shipped in the first place was "I don't know, we had already pulled all of the JEM products due to the recall"....not very comforting--if I hadn't randomly been reading a NY Times article about something else that briefly mentioned the JEM recall in passing, I would never have known there was a problem, and eaten the recalled butter and could have gotten seriously ill. Between RFW's initial failure to enact the recall, and then subsequent response that made me pay for return shipping (when this was definitely zero % my fault) and did not compensate me at all for the time I had to spend figuring this out and dealing with it, it was a pretty terrible interaction that put customers in danger. I hope I was the only one who was sent this stuff, or people are going to get hurt. After this bad experience, and a prior difficult interaction with customer service, I probably won't shop here any more.

I have ordered many times over the years from this company and usually everything has been pretty good. But on my order before last my order was shipped missing 3 items. One item was back-ordered but that wasn't noted on my order and I was charged for it. I have written and called about that order and have never received the back-ordered item or been refunded for it. The other two missing items were mailed promptly once I brought it to their attention. If you are lucky to get a person to answer they are pretty helpful, but if you have to leave a message you have to be at home to receive the return phone call. Bummer! I will continue to purchase from this company because they have good deals on products that I like even though their customer service is pretty lame. Edited Review 12/16/15 Matt Monarch the owner of the company contacted me directly and he handled the problem for me. He is now at the company heading up customer service after the business was being inexpertly run by trusted staff members. Matt is a wonderful human being and I trust him to do the right thing. I am now very reassured by his presence and will continue to order from and support this business.

Hello, I spend over $100 at RawFoodWorld almost every month and I would really appreciate free shipping offered over a certain level. Sunfood now offers free shipping over $59 and I have been taking advantage of it.

I'm 87 years old and a friend thought I should try your B-12 patches as they'd helped her. I'm having a lot of emotional problems right now, not physical problems and so I tried the patches but as soon as I tried the patch I got a headache or my vision seemed to be bothered so I removed the patch for now. Am I doing something wrong or what should I do?

I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. The distance in itself is a major factor, however, I received my order within 16 days for which I am well pleased and thankful.
