I was presently surprised to receive some really fab gifts with my last order. Not only did I get 17.5% off already low prices, but they thru in a free pair of pinhole glasses with I have pondered trying. I was so happy. And many other trial gifts as well. It was like Christmas again. I have always received everything I ordered quickly, safely and correctly.

1) Orders take way too long to leave their warehouse, expect at least a week or more, plus shipping time. Patience is really needed with this company. 2) The Peruvian olives need to be more clear if they are pitted or not on the website. 3) Their website does not match warehouse inventory; ie: website says all Peruvian olives are in stock with the entire list of availability but they are not all in stock when I called. 4) I've called TRFW to see if they have an item in stock, they said they physically walked back to see if they had that item and was told they did. I made my order, and received my order a few weeks later with a note saying they were on back order for that exact same item, for which I've still not received 2+ months later. However, they did just recently communicate with me regarding this back order once I inquired. I'm still willing to wait rather than get a refund. 5) However, I then saw they had that item online on sale recently, I called back to check on my back order, and they said that item is not in after all. Frustrating run-around. 6) More time is needed for items to remain in the cart, it disappears before I can finish shopping. 7) Emails and phone messages take too many days to reply to. TRFW people seem nice enough when we talk in person or they reply by email, but they really need to get it together overall.

As stated above their products and excellent and was delivered, even over the holiday season fast. The prices were affordable and they even have many at cost products! I like that they are a small owner run business too.

I've been ordering from The Raw food World for almost 10 years and they have never disappointed me. Prices are decent and the monthly specials make it even better. The orders get here pretty fast too and they always include free samples of something, which makes for a nice surprise. Matt has really expanded the company over the years & they have always been my go-to online store. Highly recommend them to anyone!

It's a unique store, with tons of healthy products. It's helping me transition into a plant based diet. My most recent order was Chlorella tablets with Ginkgo Biloba and they're amazing! Love how personal it feels being on the site, and it's easy finding the right item for you.

I recieved my product ,but I never got the free gift you guys were promoting with all orders for this time period,the pinhole glasses,magnesium oil card etc...I was dissapointed to not get the free gift u promised.
