I've used The Pet Warehouse now for just under a year now and have no complaints what so ever. Website is easy to use, and you can quickly find what you want. Service is spot on from start to finish, with very good communication keeping you informed of every stage of your order even down to the hour in which your items will be delivered. Prices are excellent too. I did have a problem with checkout on my last order but a phone call to them and they soon got someone to call me back when it was quickly decovered there was a problem. A little while later I received another call to say the problem had been resolved and they were very sorry for the inconvenience it had caused me. I was very impressed indeed. Good customer service is something you don't often get these days. I can not imagine shopping anywhere else for my pet supplies.
