I ordered a rabbit run, and it arrived promptly and in great condition! I was kept informed of the progress and time of delivery, and could had changed it with ease if needed. All went very smoothly, and as planned. My rabbit is safe and happy in his outside run!

We ordered an eight meter retractable dog lead to give our pup a bit more distance at the park. The product was at a great price and excellent quality. Arrived well packaged in three days. We will be using this site again.

Our regular supplier no longer stocked our usual fish food. Pet Warehouse prices were very good, and although at first it said out of stock, when I rang to ask for an estimated date for re-stocking, the lady went to check and said they had some available. They amended the website immediately and I ordered on line, with delivery within 2 day - much better than my usual supplier. Apart from the initial website error, I could not fault Pet Warehouse. Tracking the delivery is another bonus.

What excellent service. I ordered two collars and leads on Sunday, normal delivery service, they arrived Tuesday. Decided two of leads not suitable so returned them with request to exchange, had phone call to apologise that they wouldn't be able to send out until end of week, which was absolutely fine. Would recommend them to anyone
