Ordered one day, received next day with free postage. Great price for the same food I normally buy locally but this was £10 cheaper. Would definitely look to order again.

When I got to the end of the order I found that I was missing 1 item. I contacted the seller and he said next time I ordered he would send the missing 1 plus 2 extra for my 2 dogs, I explained that I had already ordered again and he said can you wait until your next order then? I said well no not really and then he said oh well I'll send you 1 extra then,, what happened to the 2 he offered as an apology?

I have always received a good service from Pet warehouse and they have my dog food alot cheaper than anywhere else I've tried. As long as the food stays cheaper I will carry on using them. Very happy customer.
Great service - Dog coat arrived as described and promptly. However living on Isle of Wight I had to pay special 'highlands and islands' postage rate but the cost arrived by Royal Mail as a small parcel for £2.80 - much less than the postage I paid! I have no problem paying p&p but would question the special Island rate if RM is being used. It should only cost more to post to Islands if a courier firm is used, which I guess would be for much larger/heavy items.

Great prices and good delivery options. I like that they are clear about how much you pay for delivery (free if you spend a certain amount) and how you can pay a bit extra to get next day delivery. Ordered on Friday and received item at lunchtime on the Monday. Will definately use The Pet Warehouse again.
