Choosing a rug style was easy with the rug-builder tool on the website and the finish rug looked as expected and good quality. Rug shipped in very good time. I'd definitely purchase another rug from this company.

I bought a Sisal Rug for my entrance hallway and it does the job perfectly. The Natural Rug Store's website is very easy to use and from placing the Order through to delivery was kept within their three-week timescale. However, let down by so much plastic packaging; hence, giving only 1 star; otherwise, would have been 5 stars.

This is the second time I’ve bought from the Natural Rug Store. I’ve been delighted with both rugs. I got samples which was really useful. The craftsmanship is of a high standard and they just look great!! Delivery was easy too. Overall a 10/10 experience.
Web site was excellent and easy to use. The colour reproduction was accurate. It arrived within the promised timescale. Only minor wrinkle was delivery where no time slot given by DHL.

Very impressive service
I am delighted with the bespoke runner that I ordered and thanks for pulling out the stops to get it to me for Christmas.
We have had a custom-made coir rug in our hall for more than 10 years. It has stood up to wear and tear exceptionally well, consequently we have bought another, but will pass on the original to a good home!
